Andrew Vicari is a Monaco-based Welsh artist who trained under the guidance of Francis Bacon and Lucien Freud. He is a figurative painter who has been named "European Artists of the Year". Subject matter often reflects time spent in the Arabian peninsula and Persian Gulf.
