While most crisis and support services in France are French-language only, there are some that can provide help in English, specifically those set up by anglophones for English-speakers: SOS Help Crisis, Counselling France, Cancer Support France and Alcoholics Anonymous.

CLIC - Centre Local d'Information et de Coordination French public office which provides information and orientation (help with everyday life and contacts the French administration) to the aged, pensioners, and disabled people. medical rights - (re)opening of health rights - universal medical insurance, CMU (Couverture Maladie Universelle) and CPAM psychological help (group and individual sessions)
