Can anyone tell me if there are Doula's ( paid birth partners ) in France, Riviera really. Or has anyone had experience with a Doula they could tell me about.

My first baby is due late in August and I am really not looking forward to doing it alone. Don't know yet if my partner can make the birth and if he does he is not keen to play an active/supportive role.

Any advise will be most welcome
