TV Help

mandle writes in General

Just bought a new HD ready TV and had SKY Dish erected. We can now view Frech tv through our Orange Decoder connected to the cable that provides all the apartments but when we switch to the external ariel SKY to watch English tv, the picture is awful!! Is there a resolution to this as we have just purchased the new tv and paid quite a lot to have this sky dish fitted.

Any ideas would be appreciated

Thank you

You don't mention a Sky decoder box only dish - I assume you have digi box? With digital TV it either works or doesn't i.e. you have a good picture or no picture so if you have an awful picture this is a bit confusing. Are you connecting the digibox to the TV via SCART or HDMI - it could just be a poor connection with the lead.
