Sat dish not installed well , whose fault

citic writes in Home & Garden

I had a sat dish put up before christmas, so 6 months ago and when the " expert" arrived I gave him a metal pole with plate for fixing but he told me it was for a terrace but he said it would work and turned in upside down and hammered the pole into another pole that was fixed for dishes , its moved twice and first time he has fixed it ( for free ) the second time he says the support has broken.
what I want to know should i once again pay him to do a correct job which he should have done in the first place how come a dish installation persons doesnt have these items in his van ?
what can i do and who can i complain to ( once again a Nice bodge job )

Sounds to me that he told you it was the wrong type of pole in the beginning, he probably would have used a correct wall mounted pole if you hadn't supplied a wrong one.

If he has hammered one into the other, then how is that clamped? maybe he hoped it would not move, but it has, so you should now by the correct type of mounting (loads of them in Castorama) so you can get it properly tight so it will not move again.
