hello sorry for my english

I have a dog Jack Russel a year and a half,
I do not know what happens with it attacks all the big dog and she wants to bite children,
I am very worried because it attacks the big dog I'm afraid that one day the dog will kill her,
and I dont know why she does that weed childrens;
, someone can advise me please,
I'm scared every day, she is adorable, I am next to Monaco,
maybe i need to see a coach,
