Portugal, Spain and Italy are cheaper, but you would have to speak n write the language. Frecnh spoken courses are probably cheaper, again, you would have to speak n write the language and could be free if you have worked here long enough to gain credits
They know you need it, so charge accordingly.
Most community colleges in the US offer this course or the courses needed at a much reduced rate and often free (subsidized) if you are on un-employment. Your advisor in school could have put you on the right track.
