Actually the correct spelling is Decathlon

I believe Intersport does it too, they are in the centre of antibes, rue guillabert, near place de gaulle

Best to do it yourself, just need a screw driver. If you must go to a shop, tell them not to crank them up too tight, depending on the build of the skier. I've seen too many accidents with badly adjusted skis, usually from the shop.
