I am looking for a 1-2 bed flat to match the following criteria;

- On or next to Port

- Minimum 35m2

- Ideally furnished

- Not ground floor level

- Available end November onwards for minimum 6 month contract

I am English, female & 31. Currently living in Antibes and working in Monaco so looking for shorter commute to the office!

It is in the Nice centre near Galery Lafayete and about 10/15 mins walking distance from the Port.
