Fiesta Latina! Sunday 8th November - 12.00 Noon!

The International Club of Riviera is proud to present our first major event of the
Autumn/Winter Season, a truly exotic afternoon on Sunday the 8th of November, 2009 -
Fiesta Latina! - a celebration of the music, food & culture of Latina America!

The venue for this event is a fabulous terrace overlooking the Croisette next to the
Carlton Hotel in Cannes, a perfect setting for what promises to be a pulsating Latino
extravaganza!

The program begins at 12.00 Noon with welcome drinks from the FineWineWorks Bar with our 'in house' master sommeliers Helen & Nigel who will keep filling your glasses throughout the afternoon with selected 'Latino' wines to get you into a fiesta mood!

A sumptuous Latino buffet Lunch will follow with the best of Latin American cuisine
prepared by a team of Master Chefs from among our members!

Our very own Latino member Tati Geurts who hails from Colombia and her team of Latino
dancers and musicians will keep you entertained throughout the afternoon with
presentations of music, songs and dances from all the countries of Latin America from the
throbbing Salsa beat from Cuba, Cumbia from Columbia, Merengue from the Dominican Republic, Tango from Argentina and Samba from 'non Latino' Brazil!

Dance your way throughout the afternoon in Latin America without ever leaving the
Croisette in Cannes! This is an event not be missed!

The venue is child friendly so please do not hesitate to bring your children, they are
very welcome. Children below 12 are free and below 18 will be at 50%!

The all inclusive registration fee for this event is only 28/- Euros for members and
their guests and 33/- Euros for non members. However, non members who register before 1st November, 2009, will be offered a special rate of 30/- Euros per person!

Reservations close on Thursday the 5th of November, 2009.

As always our events are pre paid and registrations will NOT be accepted at the gate on
the day of the event unless by prior arrangement.

Please note that all proceeds from this event goes to our Theme Charity.

Please mail your cheques in favour of the International Club of the Riviera to the

Directions to the venue will be sent on registration. There are plenty of parking areas nearby and since the event is on a Sunday, you might be lucky enough to get a park on the Croisette itself!
