Artist looking for space to live and paint - any light, bourgeois building, part of villa, guest house, pool house, appartment with big terrace. Need light, room to breath.

Don't know if you are looking to buy, I have a village house in Valbonne for sale , lots of room on the ground floor to use as a studio, the rest of the house can be used as living space, Or you could live on the first floor and rent out the top two floors.

If you keep the house whole , it is very light as on the 3 roads and has lots of windows.

Price 670 000 euros, was 795 000euros.
