Home Care Inspectors

For only 3€25 a day, you can travel or move tranquilly, knowing your empty home is well cared for in your absence. With a minimum of three random inspections each month, our Home Care Inspectors accommodate all your needs as an absentee owner on the French Riviera.

Inspectors check lawn, shrubs and pool and verify that proper irrigation, pest control and maintenance services are being performed as per your contract. House inspection inside and out includes checking that windows and doors are fully secured. Heating and cooling systems are tested and adjusted to minimize utility usage, depending on the season.  Inspectors run water faucets, operate the dishwasher, flush toilets, change filters and batteries when necessary, keeping your house in perfect condition for when you arrive. Care services also include accepting deliveries, moving cars and golf carts, opening ad closing house at arrivals and departures of clients / guests.

Management fee for care services is only 3€25 per day. A one-time file fee of 50 Euros is charged at initial registration. Once registered you may use the services at will, for a short vacation or for even very prolonged trips. Service teams can provide cleaning, pool maintenance and other services; personalized price quotations are given prior to all supplements being performed.

Communication is the key to success of this program. We keep you informed monthly of our visits to your empty home and report to you on condition of house and garden and on services performed at each inspection.  You keep us informed of your visits and those of your guests, as well as giving instructions and expectations relating to your home management program.
