The Annual Monégasque Kermesse - Collecting Now!

The Annual Kermesse will be held in the Fontvieille Chapiteau on Saturday 5th December 2009

Entry is free and the doors open at 10h00.

This is a date NOT to be missed!  A fun day out for all the family and a great way to find pre-Christmas bargains.

The Charity

This is a community charity event. This excellent charity event was created in 1970, by 3 founder members ; St Paul's Church,  St-Vincent-de–Paul and the British Association. Since then it has been presided over by  Jane d'Amico and, over the years, has gone from strength to strength. 

The Event

There are over 25 stalls including clothes, books (English & French), antiques, children's toys,  Christmas items, Monegasque, Greek, Spanish and English speciality stands plus electrical goods, DVDs, CDs, shoes, jewellery, bags, household items, gifts and novelties.

JUMBLE ITEMS: The Kermesse relies on donations of all kinds, especially;

• The "Christmas Stand" promises to be a great success. They will be needing all types of festive decorations including Christmas crackers and cards. Contact : Anne Batt on 06 16 12 30 35
• The "English Book Stand"  needs lots of fiction best-sellers and non-fiction hardbacks e.g. Cookery books, dictionaries, travel guides, gardening,  health and medicine, art, photography, coffee table books, not to mention any First Editions  . . . .

• The "Brocante Stand"  needs everything for the home; china, ornaments, linens, cutlery, kitchen equipment, bedding, sheets, pillowcases, sports goods,  pictures  . . . . .

• The "Electra Stand" is always looking for electrical goods in good order plus DVD's, CD's, Videos, watches, posters, binoculars, cameras, computer games, telephones, electric hair products, beauty spas, hairdryers, radios, hi-fi systems, i-pods, calculators, Mont Blanc pens, travel irons, travel hairdryers, kitchen appliances of choppers, whisks, mixers etc.  car radios, light fittings . . . . .

• For those of you who are travelling to England soon - the "British Stand" will be needing the usual goodies, Christmas Puds, Sweet Mincemeat, Christmas cakes, Mince-pies, Chocolates and selection boxes for the kiddies, home-made chutneys and jams, teas  . . .

Sell big Items via the British Association of Monaco
