Fixed Line Telephones
To subscribe for a personal telephone line the applicant will need the following:
- ID card, resident's permit, passport or driving licence
- Bank account details (RIB). The customer must provide a RIB if they do not have Monegasque identity papers
- Direct debit mandate
- Full address: Street name and number, block, floor and apartment number
Internet
The Internet service is also provided by Monaco Telecom and the only Internet provider in the Principality.
To subscribe for an account the applicant should supply the following:
- A photocopy of the last Monaco Telecom bill
- Signed proof of identity
- Bank account details (RIB) for payments by automatic direct debit
